Virtual Baby Sleep Support (6-12 months old)

Get more rest while understanding your baby's sleep and development.

You can get more rest while responding to your baby's cries.

Your baby is more aware, more mobile and more opinionated. And sleep has probably become unpredictable all over again.

Maybe naps that were solid have suddenly fallen apart. Or your baby who slept beautifully at 4 months is now waking every hour. You're hearing about sleep training from everyone around you, but something about it doesn't sit right. You're wondering if there's another way. â€‹There is.

We don't have to force independence or try to teach your baby to "self-soothe" (babies are meant to co-regulate). Instead, we will dig deeper to understand what's driving the sleep disruption. Whether it be separation anxiety, developmental leaps, overstimulation, schedule mismatches, or even working through habits that no longer serve your family, we will address those root causes with responsiveness and intention.

You don't have to choose between exhaustion and disconnection. Responsive sleep support means your baby can learn to sleep well while still feeling secure, and you can trust your instincts instead of following a generic set of rules.

Between 6 and 12 months, everything changes fast.

Sleep can feel better in this stage.

Crawling, standing, babbling, teething, and separation anxiety all show up in sleep. What worked last month stops working overnight, and suddenly you're back to feeling lost.

You might be experiencing:

  • Nap chaos: fighting naps, short naps, or dropping a nap

  • New night wakings: even if sleep was great before

  • Bedtime battles: your baby seems wired, upset, or resistant

  • Pressure to sleep train, but it doesn't feel aligned with how you want to parent

  • Confusion about what's "normal" and what actually needs support

My approach to this stage:

We don't force change. We will look at the whole picture: wake windows, nap timing, emotional regulation, feeding rhythms, daytime stimulation, and your baby's attachment needs. We make adjustments gradually that feel good for your family. The goal is to build sustainable rhythms and help your baby's sleep improve at their own pace, with you by their side.

I'M HERE TO HELP YOU FEEL RESTED, SUPPORTED, AND CONFIDENT AS YOU CARE FOR YOUR BABY.

Better sleep doesn't require you to ignore your baby.

Real, lasting change happens when we support the whole child and the whole family, not just by masking the symptoms.

Together, we'll:

  • Identify what's actually disrupting sleep (it's often not what you think)

  • Create a flexible rhythm that honors your baby's developmental needs and your family's reality

  • Build your baby's capacity for independent sleep in a way that feels gradual and connected

  • Support big emotions that show up at sleep times

  • Help you let go of "shoulds" and trust what feels right

Perfection will not be the expectation. We are aiming for progress, clarity, and finally feeling like you can breathe again without sacrificing the bond you've worked so hard to build.
