We do not use a sleep plan template or cookie-cutter approach. This method involves a comprehensive and completely unique experience for your family to improve your sleep. Adjustments will be discussed over in-depth and personalized hour-long calls that give you the opportunity to express emotion, ask questions and feel seen and heard throughout this journey.
Most families experience longer stretches of sleep, easier bedtimes, reduced night wakings, more confidence in understanding their baby and sleep, a calmer/more predictable rhythm.
Every plan is personalized, and we move at your pace. Results are dependent on the temperament and specific needs of your child, willingness to change and implement, and what your goals are.
Results will not be as fast as sleep training such as cry it out, but you will maintain secure attachment with your child, avoid the guilt of listening to tears without responding, and feel even more connected with your child as you commit to this process.
We do a deep dive into your daily routines, sleep environment, feeding, temperament, parental well-being, lifestyle, stress, and family dynamics.
You leave with practical, realistic options that you can start right away. No note-taking necessary since you will receive written notes and/or a recording of our discussion.
