Infant & Family
Education Sessions

Parenting is full of big transitions, new information, and constant learning. You shouldn't have to figure it all out alone! My Infant & Family Education Sessions offer holistic, evidence-based, attachment-centered teaching to help you understand your child's needs from birth through early childhood.

These sessions are designed to help you learn, not to be coached, corrected, or told to follow a rigid method. You'll gain knowledge, clarity, and practical tools so you can make informed decisions that feel right for your family.

What This Support Looks Like

These sessions are a place to learn, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of your baby or young child. Each session focuses on education, guidance, and real-life demonstrations or explanations based on your child's age and your goals. Everything is tailored to your family!

You'll receive:

  • 60-minute virtual education session

  • A session recording or written notes (so you can be fully present during our call)

  • Resources or handouts on topics covered if applicable

Education Session Topics

Below are some topics you can select for your education session:

  • Newborn Care Education (0-3 months)
