Birth Doula Support
As your birth doula, I provide compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth to help you feel empowered and confident during your journey into parenthood. My services include emotional encouragement, physical comfort measures, and evidence-based information to assist with informed decision-making. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, or birth center birthing location, I will be there to create a calm, nurturing environment for you and your new baby. This package includes 2 prenatal visits, on-call labor support, initial postpartum support, and one postpartum visit.
